- 15th 941/943 Payroll Tax Deposits for Monthly Filers to avoid Penalties
-20th Texas Sales Tax Reports
-25th New Mexico Gross Receipts needs to be filed and Paid

941/943 Payroll Tax Deposits for Semi-Weekly Filers who pay wages on Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday the deposit is due the following Wednesday to avoid Penalties. If they pay the wages on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and/or Tuesday the deposit is due following Friday.
New Mexico Quarterly Tax Reports are Due:
- April 30th
- July 31st
- October 31st
- January of the Next Year 31st
Personal Income Tax Estimated Payments are Due;
- April 15th
- June 15th
- September 15th
- January of the Next Year 15th
Corporate Estimated Income Tax Payments are Due:
- By the 15th day of 4th, 6th, 9th,12th months of the year
(Note: The payments must be made using electronic funds
transfers)
Annually:
New Mexico Personal Property Tax Reports are due on January 31st
Texas Personal Property Tax Reports are due April 1st
Federal Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Form 2290 due by the last day of the month following the month in which you first used the vehicle on a public highway.
Personal Income Taxes, Corporate Income Taxes, and Trust Income Taxes for 2020 are due by May 17th 2021.
Personal Estimated Income Taxes for 2020 are still due April 15, 2021
